Jitender ( Jitu ) is a passionate and experienced data and analytics professional with an impressive track record of 15+ years of cumulative experience in strategic initiatives, project & product design, execution, and business development. Prior to Blumetra, Jitu spent 5 years leading the Customer Success organization at Infoworks.io and 10 years as a Principal at Saama, delivering big data solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises. Jitu held engineering roles at Citadon and Calkey technologies.

Prashanth has expertise as a Product Owner in building large scale enterprise cloud products, building high performing teams & practices, and has a track record of delivering projects with a high success rate, customer satisfaction, and ROI. A seasoned professional, Prashanth comes with over two decades of experience in diverse fields, including but not limited to, product development, practice building, solution design, and delivery of enterprise cloud solutions in CRM, Quote-to-Cash, e-Commerce, and Integration areas.

Srikanth is a Digital Leader and part of the founding team, with extensive experience in leveraging advanced analytics, real-time data integration and digital technologies to drive business growth and operational excellence. His expertise spans strategic sales, delivery optimization, program and project management, and digital transformation across diverse industries, including the development and support of on-board computing platforms. Passionate about innovation and data-driven decision-making, he focuses on aligning technology capabilities with business goals, strengthening customer engagement, streamlining operations and creating measurable business impact.

Sachin is a seasoned Data Engineering & Analytics leader with 28+ years of experience in the IT industry, including 24+ years focused on building and delivering complex Data Engineering and Analytics engagements for global enterprises. Prior to joining Blumetra, he held leadership roles with organizations including Capgemini, LTIMindtree and KPIT Cummins Infosystems, serving clients across the US, UK, Mexico, South Africa and India.

His expertise spans Data Engineering, Analytics and large-scale delivery management across industry verticals including Pharma, Banking, Insurance and Retail. Over the course of his career, he has led diverse delivery teams ranging from 35–40 professionals to large portfolios of 400+ resources working across multiple concurrent engagements.

Most recently, he led the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Business Unit at Emergys, delivering ESM solutions for global clients leveraging platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce and BMC Helix.

At Blumetra, he brings his extensive experience in technology, delivery leadership and global client engagements to drive the growth of Data Engineering & Analytics capabilities, strengthen delivery excellence and build high-performing teams that deliver measurable value to clients.

ASH is a results-driven senior executive with 20 years of experience across the global networking, technology and systems industry, with strong expertise in sales and operational performance management, complex deal management and P&L leadership. He brings a global perspective with a deep passion for technology and people, and a proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams that deliver business objectives. A customer experience-focused and transformation-driven leader, ASH combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive growth, operational excellence and sustainable business outcomes.

Dinesh comes with a strong background in data, having helped some of the top financial, insurance and telecom companies with managing their data warehouses. He has vast experience in creating winning teams who excel in delivering solutions. Prior to joining Blumetra, Dinesh was working as an Architect and Delivery manager, helping with designing solutions. He has worked in the USA, Singapore and the United Kingdom and is well-versed with the cultural sensibilities of working with people from diverse backgrounds.

In his spare time, Dinesh is fond of travelling and playing badminton.

Prashanth is a passionate Digital Assurance & Quality Engineering leader who comes with 16+ years of experience serving large customers across the globe. Prior to Blumetra, Prashanth had spent 8+ years in UK, Australia & USA experiencing different cultures and clients delivering variety of testing services including one of the largest Digital transformation programs for UK Telco. Prashanth’s expertise includes functional QA, Business UAT, Device & Network Testing, experience managing automation, performance and data migration projects across different Industry verticals like Retail, Insurance, Telco, Transportation & Pharma. Prashanth is also a certified ISTQB advanced Test Manager & TMMi Professional. Prashanth is currently focused on Digital Assurance practice building with highly motivated and efficient engineers across Functional, Automation, Performance and Data workstreams. Prashanth owns QA delivery across the organization to ensure Time, Cost and Quality metrics are tracked, measured and reported.

Keerthivasan Ramanathan is very passionate about developing high resilient and scalable applications on the cloud. Keerthivasan has worked for a series of start-ups and consulting companies across different verticals like Telco, Healthcare, Monitoring solutions, EdTech and Hospitality. Keerthivasan has profound knowledge and experience in mentoring and building high performance engineering teams for cloud and application development. Prior to Blumetra, Keerthivasan had spent 4+ years in architecting and building a healthcare data aggregation platform for one of HIEs in the New York, US – which is serving 6 million residents in the region. Keerthivasan is also a certified AWS Solution architect Associate. Keerthivasan is currently focused on Application development practice building with highly talented and passionate individuals across Web, Cloud, Mobile app space. Keerthivasan owns the design, solutioning and technical delivery across different projects in the application development.
